| Summer Beach encompasses various communities offering many types of island living. Summer Beach has ocean front condominiums, seaside homes, golfside homes, and Intracoastal homes. All communities are gated with roving security patrol. Residents of Summer Beach can be a member of the Golf Club of Amelia and the Beach Club.
