Golfside North is part of the Summer Beach development.  The neighborhood is tucked into the oak canopy of a natural seaside forest and is just steps away from the broad white beaches of Amelia Island.  Golfside North is a golf oriented community about .25 mile north of the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island Parkway.  Beautiful golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants and Historic Downtown Fernandina are only a short distance away.  Residents of Golfside North can be members of the Golf Club of Amelia.   

Golfside North is a gated community of single family homes.  Some homesites are on the Golf Club of Amelia golf course and some homesites have ocean views.  The neighborhood is also just steps away from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic ocean.  The homes in the neighborhood are luxury single family custom homes on wooded lots that overlook lagoons, fairways and greens of the Golf Club of Amelia.  There is roving security patrol as well.
