Sea Chase at Ocean Village is a gated community of ocean front condominiums just steps away from the Atlantic ocean.  There are 3 and 4 bedroom oceanfront units, one and two stories, with a one car garage with secluded private entries and large balconies overlooking the ocean.  The community has two private swimming pools and two private tennis courts.  There is roving security patrol as well.  The homeowners association fee covers yard maintenance.
